For anyone who knows anything about kickboxing, Ernesto Hoost is a legend. Born in Surinam but raised in Holland, Ernesto went on to become the only fighter in the history of K1 to win four K1 world titles. Since he retired from fighting, Ernesto, who was known in the K1 circuit as "Mr Perfect", has been devoting his time to his fighter management and training company which has taken his old fighting nickname.

Just as Ernesto was at the peak of his sport, so Team Mr Perfect is somewhat exclusive and only manages the best fighters. One such fighter who has been deemed worthy of a place in the Mr. Perfect stable is Ramazan Ramazanov. While Ramazan fights under Elite Boxing's management when he competes in muaythai events, Team Mr. Perfect manages all his K1 fights.

Ramazan, whose own fighting nickname is "the Punisher" is one of an exclusive group of fighters in the Mr. Perfect camp. As Ernesto works on bringing out the best in all the fighters his company manages, we could soon end up with a fighter who dishes out the Perfect Punishment.
